2. Be civil
- Understand the difference between a joke and an insult.

I think Fedora is best of both worlds, if you want something closer to current Linux kernels/mesa for things like gaming, but don't want to run a rolling release distro like Arch. Been running Fedora for about a year now and couldn't be happier with the transition.
That said, if you aren't gaming and just want absolute stability, no matter what, Mint or Debian ARE the go-to solutions to use. They are the Toyota Hilux of distros.
Fedora lost me when I went to install and saw the partition manager , completely user hostile .
Mint and Debian are fine for gaming, too, if you're the patient type who doesn't buy games unless they're severely discounted.

@chronicledmonocle @cannedtuna every time i've tried to install Fedora on a 4 year old PC with AMD Ryzen 9 and AMD GPU, either the graphics glitch during the install and i cant do anything, or it locks up on the desktop (both gnome and KDE). I havnt tried it in about 6 months but debian always just works.
Now Im not a intense gamer, I play Factorio and DeeRock Galactic almost exclusively
