"We have reached an agreement in principle for Sam to return to OpenAI as CEO with a new initial board of Bret Taylor (Chair), Larry Summers, and Adam D'Angelo.

Just as importantly, the clown school board has all been removed with the exception of the Quora CEO. I'm actually mildly surprised that the worst board decision in the corporate world in maybe two decades led to near immediate accountability.

I'm really curious what happens to Sutskever.
