Who doesn’t want to be able to get their work done easier? Nobody.

While this seems true, this is not my experience. It is easier to do things they way you have always done them, because it involves no learning, and thus some people will continue unless forced.

This is both accurate and understating the issue. People can't be downright hostile to new ideas even if it makes their life easier.
