It's just good to get something in this website for casual viewing whilst refreshing original content is added overtime.

It is not AI. I found the image used in a nine year old YouTube video.

The concept may he similar, but the image you posted is actually generated or enhanced with diffusion based AI. Look at the pattern of the lines, and his right hand.
Also, the dot pattern in the ai picture is not consistent. If it were an original manga then the dots in the pattern would be perfectly spaced

I used your screenshot to recreate OP's image. I think fixing AI slop with human curated shitposts might be a fun way to counter AI slop, rather than beating up on OPs who just want a laugh. Just a fun idea.
It's not the same image the one in the video is the original, the one above was run through AI look, at the right hand.
