At least from a measurables perspective, most NBA players would slide perfectly onto an NFL roster. For example, multiple NFL star tight ends were college basketball players (Jimmy Graham and Antonio Gates being the most well-known).

In Ant's case, he has basically the same frame as DK Metcalf. When DK was drafted, he was listed at "6-3 3/8, 228 pounds with an impressive wingspan of his own of 82 7/8." Anthony Edwards was listed at 6'4, 225 pounds, and a 6'9" wingspan, or 81 inches. Dude has the physical attributes of an elite wide receiver.

Now I wouldn't go so far as to say he'll actually be able to play in the NFL (and am really not in a position to), but it's almost a given that he could have if he had chosen football in high school.

DK ran a 4.33 40 yard dash

Ant likely can’t even run a sub 4.6

But of a difference there

There's a lot of training that goes into the 40-yard dash though, and it's just not something a basketball player would focus on as much as a football player. Hence why I put the "if he had chosen football in high school" qualifier.

And even if Ant doesn't drive his 40 down that far, there's plenty of other skills that he's shown (first step, body control in the air, hand-eye coordination, etc) that would translate to the NFL.
