CBS and Fox trade off between the Dallas and Detroit game (which are nfc-afc and nfc-nfc). NBC keeps the primetime game.
So, "usually" on odd numbered years, yes.
Yeah. The only game that stays with the same network every year is the one that shouldn't even exist.
If your team doesn't have a traditional Thanksgiving game and your opponent doesn't either then stay home and enjoy turkey.
Hear hear. I'm honestly kinda okay with how football packed this holiday weekend is becoming though.
Three Thursday games in their own time slots followed by FRIDAY football and then a full Sunday and MNF regimen? It's a nice treat once a year. Pretty sure if it wouldn't conflict so much with CFB, they'd figure out a way to do a Saturday after tgiving game too.
I'm holding out hope on the Amazon game tomorrow, I get the feeling it's going to be more of a black friday ad than anything.
