For people who already tried both, what's the reason you're sticking with GNOME or KDE as your desktop environment?

Hey, use a tiling wm like sway/i3 to prevent getting arthritic.

I'm actually writing a blog post about how to be more healthy and prevent things like arthritis using a good software setup.
