You saw a truth social post then asked for a reputable source - two things that are in absolute diametric contrast.
I asked for a link/proof that this is an actual post and not Photoshop. Or a link to a reputable news outlet.
Just do a search. Tons of news outlets are talking about this.
Best practices don't become optional just because something is "easy" to find today.
