trying to finally quit google for good. can anyone recommend a privacy focused email provider other than proton? (lemmy.blahaj.zone)

for some reason proton has always skeeved me out. i get gross corporate vibes from them that im not into at all.

Tuta offers 15 alias in the basic plan. Everything is encrypted. They do some lobbying to raise awareness about privacy. Their app is simple and efficient, though I guess it's a bit limited if you handle a lot of mail? I use it for my personal addresses so I can't tell.
