Depends. Here in the EU even Aldi sells linen and >90% cotton clothes sometimes. Some of my best short sleeve linen button down shirts for summer were 10€ at Aldi

H&M, C&A, etc... All also sell cotton and linen for just a bit more than their polyester.

I don't know about america, maybe you have to search it out more, but you definitely would have to go to actual clothing stores and not target, Walmart, etc... They definitely sell them though. I mean, jeans are not polyester and everyone can buy jeans everywhere it seems. Also linen and cotton lasts longer than polyester clothes.
