the cop was attempting to get back from the motorcycles raging through. he was also wearing high-vis PPE.

furthermore, the ATV rider attempted to continue to flee until the officer pulled them off the vehicle.

ACAB but that doesn't mean lawlessness is better.

He ran onto a street with high traffic, he didn't have to do that and put himself at risk.

Continuing to flee is also not provable because there's a FUCKING COP ON YOUR STEERING WHEEL.
