You could get into franchising. I work in business consulting, and have been working with franchise clients a lot this year (QSR and Retail mainly). Good franchises can net you 12-18% depending on the company (QSR wise - Retail franchising is a lot of work for peanuts imo)
Which franchise do you recommend ?
There are quite a few, but getting one highly depends on your previous experience within the QSR sector.
Whilst I'm not able to name them, there is a new player about to enter the market that has a low barrier to entry and is highly lucrative. Will be able to share more once/if NDA is removed. Tbh, there's nothing stopping me from starting it myself and scaling up before them - I have networked with their suppliers and have great reach with estate agents for locations within the UK, something they currently lack - hence why I've been brought onboard to consult.
