Let's just make it abundantly clear that we are talking about the Scott Foster who took 134 phone calls from Tim Donaghy during the 2006-2007 season many which for only a minute or two shortly before games. The same Tim Donaghy who called the next most common official 13 times all season. That's the Scott Foster we are talking about. The same Scott Foster who repeatedly gets accused of biased officiating. The same Scott Foster who has smoking gun association with a betting scandal that the NBA covered up.
