The PennLive link is more than a week old, while the 3 links I gave are from yesterday, which quotes County coroner Stephen Diamantoni giving the update.
The YouTube link doesn't work for me - cookies and cross-site scripting required? What's the date of the recording?
While the spleen death of the boy was "with" measles, the "the case of this girl is being attributed directly to measles." (see my 3 links given in the post your responded to).

odd, because this is what he said;
Today in Pennsylvania, Lancaster County Coroner Stephen Diamantoni, MD, confirmed that the county’s second measles infant death, which he initially called “measles associated,” was caused by the highly contagious virus. The county is the site of a rapidly growing measles outbreak.
He is unsure about the other because that child had amish microcephaly and associated issues, but also did in fact have measles when she passed.
