Just outside of town, hell of a deal. So far people here have suggested a car lot, a wholesale scratch and dent appliance warehouse, flooring store. Would love input and ideas!

No. Make a legal rave venue with cash only door and bar. Then sell drugs to the patrons and launder the drug proceeds through the cash only business. This is the only correct answer tbh. Pointless to have a bunch of money if you have to worry about the IRS every time you buy a new Audi.
