Kinda wild that most store-bought chicken doesn't taste good at all. At least it's not making us sick. 😄

I don't diss supply mgmt. Just personal taste opinion. I think supply mgmt is very important for us and its benefits are obvious.

Chicken parts sold in the store in the US are absolutely monstrous compared to Canada, the typical grocery store chicken thigh is half the size in Canada.

That's crazy. The Canadian ones are monstrous compared to what we used to grow in our European backyard thirty years ago.
