From a not-evil corporation's perspective, how would zero knowledge proofs work exactly? Like is there a step at any point in the process where a person's identity is verified by another human and then "forgotten?" I understand the concept of zero knowledge, but I'm not solid on how this system would actually meet the requirements of a so-called zero knowledge identity verification process.
