If you could only use one lens for the rest of time what would it be?

Heh. I didn't buy the sony 70-200 because of its weight too, I opted for tamron 70-180 instead.

I was very excited when they announced the 35-150 hoping I could carry only one lens, but then I saw its weight. Its almost like the tamron 70-180 f2.8 + sony 16-35 f2.8 combined.

I also own the 70-180mm. It's a fantastic lens, I definitely love how light it is, but for what i do, the trade off would be having to use a second body or swapping lenses and at that point i'd rather just stick with one package. It's also f2.0 from 35-40, f2.2 from 40-60, f2.5 from 60-80.
