Just outside of town, hell of a deal. So far people here have suggested a car lot, a wholesale scratch and dent appliance warehouse, flooring store. Would love input and ideas!

Don’t go balls deep on anything right away. You can very easily screw yourself going too deep into a business you are on the pink cloud about. Take some real time and create a solid business plan for something you are passionate about and understand the market. Good luck and have fun.
