I am really really concerned because I just had the thought that there is a possibility that my elbow pain that won’t go away is because of wearing watches?? I have been a long term weightlifter but nothing too serious. I got my first luxury watch about 6 months ago during the summer, and was a fairly consistent lifter at that point. Then I sometime after I started wearing this watch I had left elbow pain that won’t go away even though I’ve ceased weightlifting activities. Is there a way that I can find out if this is the issue?? I am positive that my watch isn’t too tight or too loose and I don’t do activities that would be causing strain on my elbow. I’m really scared and lost because I can’t workout but also worried that I will have to not wear watches anymore. Any advice? Thanks everyone.

It’s likely you strained your forearm muscle’s/tendons weightlifting. In my experience it won’t go away given the time & that you’ve stopped lifting. If you can see a massage therapist who can work on that area that’s the best option.

If you’re really concerned have your doctor check it out.
