Its been April since I came back.

I always had a good time there, culture, people, food, nature, short term friends and some dating

Here I have high rent, no long term friends, non existant dating, it makes me always think about booking a ticket back, including all my friends saying they will go

Doubt they'll backpedal anytime soon. They'll prob make enough off of the 5yr for 900k and sell the 20year one to Chinese mafia or shady but rich people. Win win.
