What's a fun city in the Mediterranean for someone who just broke up? (alien.top)

Gonna vanish somewhere for a while. Looking for a fun city in Spain, Italy or Greece primarily. Can be a smaller place too if the vibe is good, but not looking for party-islands, as I still prefer an actual city with real people.

I'm in my early 30s, male. I've never prioritized fun in my travels before.

Title says Mediterranean and I’m seeing Lisbon pop up multiple times, even seen Bilbao and San Sebastián. Ffs look at a map.
