The car isn't even parked in front of the hydrant and smashing the windows out accomplished absolutely nothing here as you can see the outlet they connected to is pointing toward the hood and bumper of the car and not the windows. You sound like the type of person who calls people "criminals" if they ever criticize the police for misconduct.
