Many teams are currently in their window (Bucks, Celtics, Suns, Sixers, Nuggets, etc). Who are the teams that are still 2-3 years away, but will be championship juggernauts for years to come?

Everyone’s going on draft picks and current young talent rather than teams who are always up there and are attractive enough not to worry about the draft.

Don’t forget about free agency. Lakers and Heat, I’ll have the Spurs because Wemby is real and OKC do have everything lined up. Houston decent playoff team.

Heat 😂

We have missed on every big player to put next to jimmy in the last couple of years and I doubt that’s changing

Still getting the to finals with gleague players tho u can bet on that

Most consistent team in the NBA over the last 20 years? They must be.

In fact I’d put money on the Heat being perennial contenders for however long Spo wants a job, because they’re not even limited to finding a winning recipe via draft picks or free agency - it’s the system, scouting and player development that makes them brilliant. It’s not far off bulletproof. The individual players don’t even seem to matter that much, they pull new ones out of a hat every season.

Combine that with the attractions of South Beach and Heat will be just fine.
