I’m not sure what these watches are called. I forget which watch I saw but I saw one that does an entire rotation once every 1/6th of a second, and found the constantly busy activity and movement of the dial to be really pretty. I’m looking to obtain one that has a similar constant movement.

I believe the term you're looking for is foudroyante

That mechanism has a small hand make one revolution each second, divided by the frequency of the balance.

Foudroyante watches are pretty rare and uncommon.

Something similar is the Zenith Defy which has a small seconds hand make one revolution every 10 seconds.
