I really hate that "concussion protocol" is not a thing in soccer. Upa HAS to be subbed here for his own health. No reason to risk anything.

They will introduce it only when the first player dies on the pitch sadly.

It is literally a thing. They stop play every time a suspected hit is taken to the head. Its Football btw
