I am idiot, I accidentally bought 2 remarkables and am freaking out now. I have emailed support but checking past posts here it seems like it’s going to be difficult to get a refund on one.

What should I do?

I shipped a folio case to the wrong address once and there was nothing they could do on their end -- their shipping system is automated and very quick (and ships internationally). I was able to re-route it on my end.

But as another commenter alluded, each ReMarkable comes with a 100 day money back guarantee -- you can definitely return the extra in that window.
