So what's the reason that the Spurs always collapse in the second half? Happens every single game...

Those heavily managed minutes are where they struggle. And in clutch minutes, they also struggle at reacting to team sets after a timeout. Also, they're not drawing enough fouls (9.3 per game in the 2nd half, 3rd lowest in NBA). They also struggle making 3s when they need them (.327,5th worst)
