I am wondering what is better for both privacy AND security, I already installed Lineage but I'm fine with switching to /e/OS.
I've heard Lineage isn't good for security, but I know very little about /e/OS.
The phone is a moto g power 2021 so it doesn't support GrapheneOS.

Which is why projects like Nura are so important, which works to bring mainline kernels to phones, both modern and outdated, so that they could (theoretically) be supported until the hardware itself dies.

You should be able to use a 20 year old phone with fully up to date software just like how you're able to use a 20 year old laptop with modern software.
