[Question] Seeking recommendations for a field watch that can passed on as a family heirloom. (alien.top)

I will soon be becoming a father and an looking to celebrate by buying a watch that I can pass on to my son as a family heirloom down the line. Below are some of my key requirements:

Ideally a field watch
Under $1000
Durable and relatively easily serviceable

Currently, I am leaving towards Baltic Hermetique, although I am not sure how well it fares on point 3. Any recommendations are appreciated!

Glad I could help. As suggested already by others, Hamilton is a really good choice for your budget.
