[Recommendations Request] Graduation Gift for young lady pilot (alien.top)

My Daughter is graduating from college this year. She is on a path to becoming a pilot. I want to get her a pilots watch, and have been looking at IWC in particular.. are those too big for young lady? What are some of your favorite pilots watches I should consider? I have a budget of about $5k

I think an even better way to gift her a watch would be to take her to the local watch dealer and see what she likes, let her try different ones on and pick one out together. Then she'll have that memory along with the watch.
