I'm working on few projects and looking for a tech co-founder. Where do I connect with people who would be interested in building something together? I'm non-tech PM, I have the marketing, strategy, business side and looking for someone for the engineering, design side.

The problem with being non-technical is you won't be able to evaluate them yourself. You can either use utilize your network, take a chance on someone, or pay for quality.
