Just outside of town, hell of a deal. So far people here have suggested a car lot, a wholesale scratch and dent appliance warehouse, flooring store. Would love input and ideas!

Used car is easiest. You the lot. Get the license. Go to the auction. There are normally no stipulations on the size of the lot. So you can always use it for other things once you have the license to sell the vehicles.
