I have the new AMD laptop, and I almost immediately noticed that my up-arrow key scrapes the upper edge of the aluminum cutout when depressed. I contacted support (very happy with their quick response!) and they sent me a replacement input cover. However, the replacement has the same exact issue but worse - on the new cover, the key sometimes gets completely stuck on the edge of the cutout.

Granted, it does depend on exactly how I strike the key, but the scraping happens frequently during normal use. I can't seem to recreate it on the down-arrow key, even when trying to "pull" the key towards the edge of the cutout while depressing. To my eye, it looks like the issue could result from all the keys being positioned off-center towards the top of the cutouts (I observe this on both keyboards).

Has anyone else run into this issue?

I would ask support if there's any steps you can take to troubleshoot this further instead of just getting another input cover and having the issue persist. The input cover might be the symptom while the source is another part being slightly off.
