After a week of no subscribers ($10 which is 1/4 of what competitors require) and 50 email sign-ups I learned through "viable learning" that I need to "zoom in" on one of my app's functionalities. While waiting for the review from the store to get published, I wanted to ask the Entrepreneur community if they can provide some other pieces of advice on my early stages.

Thank you all kindly.

  1. Don't be the cheapest. Low price = Low Quality
  2. Add value, value, value to be much better than your competition.

Thanks for the reply, much appreciated <3

We have the best quality in terms of design and backend actually, but since we're trying to acquire our first user, we're still going through lots of personal emails and direct chats.

We're onto adding value, but are getting some feedback and building on what users want most.

Again, thanks for the advice.
