A large ego is a valuable tool to get to the NBA and thrive, but it’s also what tanks these guys once they begin to see the sun slowly set on their careers.

The typical “you can do what we do so you talk” is the beginning of the end. And he knows it.

Gotta remember too some of these guys like Klay are nepo babies. They get easier pipeline to the league from family connections and have a life of mostly getting their ways.

Klay and Curry have had pretty different off court lives despite their similar upbringings.
