It’s hard when you’re not there controlling the work and if they fully understand what is required. I moved completely from the UK to Vietnam where we operate 3 businesses and have never looked back. The workforce is cheap, and when doing projects face to face they work incredibly hard and get a lot more done than any UK office could ever do for the sixth of the price.
However, you need to be there to make it happen. We tried outsourcing and the results just weren’t there. It’s a concept that’s been done by many companies to help businesses outsource but a lot of the time it fails due to miss communication and they end up hiring some more locally for a higher price
But I made it work! So any questions then feel free to ask!
