Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).
Distributions include the Linux kernel and supporting system software and libraries, many of which are provided by the GNU Project. Many Linux distributions use the word "Linux" in their name, but the Free Software Foundation uses the name GNU/Linux to emphasize the importance of GNU software, causing some controversy.

Yeah I hate macOS and I hate doing tech support over the phone. macOS never gives descriptive errors, I end up throwing in the towel much earlier compared to other OSes if I give up at all.
Yep. Crappy errors that tell you nothing, and of course they want it dome over the phone.
for me MacOS is the easiest os ever, installing apps is incredibly easy, solving some error too, updating etc. on windows I have had update problems, apps not running, to make it good enough you have to install more than 10 other programs, it is just not for me I guess
