Hello everyone,

I have just received my AMD framework and I would like to buy a 49 inch ultra widescreen .

This is the LG 49WL95C model with a resolution of 5120*1440. I would like to know if a large resolution like that can affects the performance of the computer?

example will photoshop be slower with this screen? Is it smart to reduce the screen resolution?

If anyone has already tried it I would be grateful. :)

Nope, connecting a high-resolution monitor should have no performance impact on the laptop. While gaming, the resolution the game is rendering at will make a big difference to frame rate, but not the resolution of the display itself.
