How could a website track my location if I'm in a private browser, no cookies, with VPN installed (and turned on), and location services disabled? (alien.top)

I am in Mozilla Firefox.

In Cognito.

Location Services disabled on my mac.

VPN from USA enabled.

Not logged into paypal on my phone.

How does Paypal know I'm in Colombia?

If this is a redundant question and there's a resource to send people like me who ask VPN questions to, please refer me there, I'll delete this.

The VPNs IP is well known so, at minimum, they know you are using one. I am unable to make any online purchases from outside the US because of this. No longer waste money on VPN.
