I mean he literally pulls his arm so he can’t get the dribble. Definitely a foul and also def a flop

Honestly felt like I was going crazy reading the comments in this thread. Like, yes we hate Scott Foster the scumbag ref that we all know fixed NBA games but that's a fuckin foul lol
