I’m fairly new to the watch game. I currently have a Bluesy ref. 16613 and a few beaters. I’m looking for something a little more low profile that has great quality. Maybe a lesser known brand. Mainly wanting something to wear intra-(USA) and internationally during travel that doesn’t draw too much attention. Any suggestion is appreciated! 3k budget

For low profile but high build quality, especially for travel, maybe something like the NOMOS Zürich Weltzeit. It's a bit over your budget pre-owned, but I think it accomplishes a lot of what you're looking for.

If not that, something tough like an Oris 400 aquis date, or pro pilot x. They have the new 400 movement with a 5 day power reserve.

There's also the Grand Seiko Sport collection, with a bunch of GMT offerings in this price range.
