Just started to monetize after 3 months and 400 users. No subscribers in first week. Any advice? (alien.top)

After a week of no subscribers ($10 which is 1/4 of what competitors require) and 50 email sign-ups I learned through "viable learning" that I need to "zoom in" on one of my app's functionalities. While waiting for the review from the store to get published, I wanted to ask the Entrepreneur community if they can provide some other pieces of advice on my early stages.
