I don’t get it, brooks clearly hits/holds his left arm which affects kyries dribble

Kyrie acted like a sniper was in the building. It was probably the most obvious flop I've seen this season. Flops are supposed to be called a technical foul now, so even though Brooks did foul him, there should've been a tech called as well.
