If you weren't worried about theft what is your dream travel the world, go hiking, be on the water in the snow and occasionally turn up for a decent dinner watch?

I'm probably a bit basic here but I really like the Rolex Air King, Milgauss and explorer GMT, so probably one of those, else a Hamilton field watch.
