Barbie may be the most profitable but the Matrix and the Matrix Reloaded are still the best female directed movies.
I still have a copy that was directed by the wachosky brothers, it must be a rare piece!
And both are about their experiences being a woman.
That makes the red pill trope even funnier.
Technically they were not considered themself female during the films. So it was directed by two guys.
