I agree with the engineer, this is kinda ridiculous.

I don't disagree with the court decision, but the whole affair is barely newsworthy.

Like it or not, engineer is a regulated title in Canada and is only allowed to be used by licensed individuals. He could have just said "I have an engineering background" and been fine.
