Jerboa is a native-android client for Lemmy, built using the native android framework, Jetpack Compose.
Warning: You can submit issues, but between Lemmy and lemmy-ui, I probably won't have too much time to work on them. Learn jetpack compose like I did if you want to help make this app better.

Why? Can't the devs just push the updates to the Play store?
This creates the impression that the Fediverse isn't ready for prime time. I understand, that we are in an early stage, but lemmy works. Apparently, Lemmy still sees breaking changes. That's not a deal breaker if you prepare for it, i.e. you rollout the client apps before the production backend. Yes, instances are run by individual volunteers, but some guidance goes a long way.
He did, sometimes the issue is with Google taking a long time to release the update to the general public, especially with smaller apps.

The Google gods heard us, now Play Store updated to 0.0.54 for me.
