Let's be absolutely clear about something; vulnerable children will die because of this.
Anyone who supports this will have blood on their hands, plain and simple.
Is there data that shows lower suicide rate when transgender support (?) is provided?
*Not sure if support is the right word, but just generally curious if there's data around this sort of thing
Yes, support and gender affirming care does reduce the rate of suicide.
It's the same any time you treat a person like a person and with respect. Every time a marginalised group gets accepted and understood, more of them survive. The less people saying they are evil or not deserving of care, the more survive. The less we restrict things thay will help them, more survive. This has been proven time and again.

They don't care. Quite the opposite, really: in their mind, that's one less deviant. Win-win.
The whole point of anti-trans hysteria, which will become ant-gay hysteria and, eventually anti-whatever-the-ingroup-is hysteria, is to other people and make them less than human, so that their deaths are immaterial, if not encouraged.
Ever wonder how Germany got to the point where it was acceptable to make Jewish people into soap? This is how it starts.
Ehhh, that's assuming a lot. The parents would also need to withhold their consent, and this does nothing to censor their peer's speech (your friends can call you whatever you want).
The only thing that is assumed is that all of our evidence so far is valid, and human nature hasn't fundamentally changed suddenly.
It's easy to say that people will die as a result of this legislation because we've seen it happen already. Suicide rates among trans youth go up when protections are removed. Forcing teachers to involve parents in dangerous situations isn't just harmful, it is INTENTIONALLY harmful.
Oh, shit, yeah, you're totally right, because trans kids are never born to transphobic parents.
Thank God you reminded us all that that's a thing that literally never happens. You're so smart, and your contributions to this conversation are super helpful.
You're a butthurt one, aren't you?
Why would that be an insult in this context?
You're basically saying "Hey everyone, get a load of this guy. He totally cares about protecting vulnerable children from harm."
Honestly, thank you for the compliment. I really appreciate it.
