He bought it at 44 billion. It hasn't technically hit zero yet, last valuation I saw was around 20 billion.
Oh no, the last valuation I saw was one of the banks involved marked their investment down by about 80%, and that was before the X rebranding.
Fidelity marked down their 19.7M holding to 5.6M, extrapolating that -72% to the original 44B purchase and it is worth 12.5B, Musk and company claim its 20B right now. I'm wondering when all the lawsuits i heard about the office space lease nonpayments and worker severance are going to actually go through.
